The Lafayette Gallery will be participating in the
Lafayette Farmer's Market, starting next week. The farmer's market will be open from 4 to 8, on Thursday evenings, in downtown Lafayette. I volunteered, along with two other gallery artists, to show some of my work in our booth, next Thursday. Trying to finish, and frame a few last minute paintings, has kept me busy. Let's hope for a break in our recent rainy days, and lots of customers!
Really love your unique and strikingly bold style! Value, color, composition! All fabulous. My want to place some work in our new clients' homes/businesses. check out my Art Rhythm news - launching a fine art consultancy in Austin today! Congrats on your work and your show!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the yellows showing through and complementing w/ the purples in the fabric. Great idea to combine w/ the farmer's market.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Nancy - get some pictures of your booth at the Market and post it. I would love to see it! If I were back in California, I'd be there in person! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI agree with Pam, love your bits of yellow showing through. Who better to have at a farmers market, than you with your fresh take on veggies and fruit.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason I can't see your painting but good luck at your market, anyway. Framing can be such a challenge, can't it? I do like your floater frames below.
ReplyDeleteYep, love this one too! They look delicious!
ReplyDeleteNancy, Love the little pics. I am sure they will be the "pick of the crop" at the Farmer's Market.
ReplyDeleteGood luck and Happy Sales!!!
