Joined at the Hip

The Lafayette Gallery will be participating in the Lafayette Farmer's Market, starting next week. The farmer's market will be open from 4 to 8, on Thursday evenings, in downtown Lafayette. I volunteered, along with two other gallery artists, to show some of my work in our booth, next Thursday. Trying to finish, and frame a few last minute paintings, has kept me busy. Let's hope for a break in our recent rainy days, and lots of customers!

I love the yellows showing through and complementing w/ the purples in the fabric. Great idea to combine w/ the farmer's market.

Beautiful, Nancy - get some pictures of your booth at the Market and post it. I would love to see it! If I were back in California, I'd be there in person! xoxo

I agree with Pam, love your bits of yellow showing through. Who better to have at a farmers market, than you with your fresh take on veggies and fruit.

For some reason I can't see your painting but good luck at your market, anyway. Framing can be such a challenge, can't it? I do like your floater frames below.

Nancy, Love the little pics. I am sure they will be the "pick of the crop" at the Farmer's Market.

Good luck and Happy Sales!!!
