Leaves and Stems makes me think of one of my new year resolutions - eat more antioxidants. I ordered some juices from a friend who is a distributor of a product where they grind up all the leaves, peels, stems, seeds, etc. into the drink. The antioxidants are supposed to be mostly in the parts of the fruits and veggies we don't eat. SOUNDS healthy anyway! Merry Christmas!
